Anthony Tabacchi (He/Him)
Anthony played rec quidditch for 4 years in the US and joined the Edmonton Aurors after moving here this summer. When he is not playing Quidditch, Anthony likes to write and go hiking with his wife. With 3 years of experience working as a Quidditch Team Captain for youth and adult Quidditch, he is honored to help the Wooshing Wizards this season!
Doug Kelly (He/Him)
Since joining the Edmonton Aurors this January, Doug has quickly learned the sport and played at nationals in Hamilton as a beater. When he is not playing Quidditch, Doug likes to rock climb and play violin. With seven years of experience working and volunteering with youth at camps, he is excited to share his love of Quidditch this Kidditch season.
Pearse McKinney (He/Him)
Pearse has been playing Quidditch for almost four years with the Edmonton Aurors. Since becoming the External Relations Director, Pearse’s main goal was starting a youth quidditch program within the city. He is very excited to take on this new endeavour. While not playing Quidditch Pearse is attending University at NAIT to earn his BBA in Finance, and is an active Scout Leader and Ski Instructor.
Soleil Heaney (She/Her)
Soleil is the president of the Edmonton Aurors and has taken on the lead of logistics for the youth quidditch program. She has been playing quidditch for three years and is passionate about growing the sport within Edmonton and introducing it to the younger population. Her favourite thing about quidditch is its inclusivity to everyone no matter the gender, age, or skill level! When Soleil is not playing or organizing quidditch, she can be found studying for her degree in Child and Youth Care, playing board games, or hiking.
